This petition is filed to condone the delay of 1050 days in filing the above appeal.

2.Mr.E.K.Kumaresan, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondents. He made a statement that parties are settling their issue and would be filing the compromise memo shortly. He added that he has no objection to condonation of delay.

3.This petition stands allowed accordingly. Delay of 1050 days in filing the second appeal is condoned.
