2. C.M.P.No.5835 of 2023 has been filed to bring on record respondent nos. 7 to 9 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent in CRP.

3. C.M.P.No.5827 of 2023 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the CRP.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

5. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.
