ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to consider her loan application dated 19.12.2013.

2.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner applied for loan under the self employment programme for Youth Scheme on 19.12.2013. Though the said application was forwarded by the first respondent to the second respondent, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same is pending without any consideration. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court.

3.Heard the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent. Despite the service of notice, there is no representation for the second respondent.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also taking note of the limited prayer sought in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the loan application dated 19.12.2013 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law and also in the light of the recommendation of the first respondent vide his communication in Na.Ka.No.021/2011/A6 dated 23.02.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
