Despite sufficient opportunities having been granted to the applicant to file additional documents in respect of the applicant's prayer in this application, till date, the additional documents have not been filed.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is some difficulties in getting those additional documents and he seeks further time to produce the same.

3. No useful purpose will be served if this application is allowed to be kept pending. Therefore, this application is closed. However, liberty is granted to the applicant to file fresh application as and when the applicant is able to procure the additional documents in respect of the prayer sought for in this application.
