O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioners in the guise of enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaints given by Kesaven and Pannerselvam, petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate with the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is directed to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
