2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, submitted that the order of the Writ Court has been complied with and the monetary benefits have been disbursed to the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed to be wilful in nature. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
