This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 75 days in filing the writ appeal.

Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has not raised any serious objection for allowing the petition.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
