ORDER
The order passed by the 1st respondent / Tamil Nadu Information Commission in proceedings dated 02.09.2015 is sought to be quashed in the present writ petition.
2. The petitioner is a registered in-charge of the Tamil Nadu Dr.Ambedkar Law University, filed the writ petition mainly on the ground that the defense taken by the petitioner has not been considered by the Tamil Nadu Information Commission, while passing the order impugned.
3. Perusal of the order impugned reveals that it is cryptic and unreasoned. Thus, this Court is of the considered opinion that the 1st respondent / Tamil Nadu Information Commission has to consider all the grounds raised by the petitioner, adjudicate the issues and pass orders on merits.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the order impugned passed by the 1st respondent in Order No. S.A.11023/D/2015 dated 02.09.2015 is quashed and the matter is remanded back to the 1st respondent / Tamil Nadu Information Commission for fresh adjudication and to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law by affording opportunity to all the parties concerned.
5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
