2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the above petition is filed to condone the delay of 1376 days in filing this restoration petition. It is further submitted that due to family situation and health condition of the petitioner, the petitioner was unable to proceed with the above petition.

Hence, the delay in filing the above petition is not wanton or wilful. The above petition is also supported by material documents.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the delay of 1376 days in filing the restoration petition is condoned.
