ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by Mr.V.Parthiban,J) Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the 1st and 2nd respondents and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for respondents 3 to 5.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.B.Nedunchezhiyan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents 1 and 2 would submit that there is no proposal to open a TASMAC Shop at No.9, Perunthalaivar Kamarajar Nagar, Perungudi, Chennai 96.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 and 2, this Court is of the view that no further order need to be passed in this writ petition.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of by recording the above submission made by the learned Standing Counsel. No costs.
