ORDER

The learned counsel for the applicant is not pressing this application for the present.

2. Both the parties have also consented for appointment of an Arbitrator by this Court. They have made a joint endorsement in the Court

bundle agreeing for appointment of an Arbitrator by this Court. Accordingly, this Court appoints Mr.Suhrith Parthasarathy, Advocate, No.39, Law Chambers, High Court (Mob No. 8939717592) as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties arising out of the employment agreement dated 13.03.2023. The Arbitrator shall be paid his remuneration as per IVth Schedule of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and his fees shall be paid equally by both the parties. The Arbitrator shall adhere to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 while passing the arbitral award.
