TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The award passed against the Insurance company namely the appellant in the year 2017 wherein Rs.8,80,289/- ordered to be paid, which is challenged and pending.

2. The Insurance company by going through the papers applying the legal principles came to the conclusion as represented in the memo dated 08.09.2021, felt the appeal as to be withdrawn, since prosecuting may not be give any beneficial to the company and in this view they have decided not to press the appeal seeking the permission of this Court to withdraw and accordingly permitted. Memo recorded. Appeal dismissed as not pressed/withdrawn.
