This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 07.09.2021 in view of the order passed by the learned IX Metropolitan Magistrate at Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No.399 of 2021 dated 21.10.2021.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Governmet Advocate (crl.side) would submit that based on the order passed by the IX Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet in Crl.M.P.No.399 of 2021 dated 21.10.2021, a case in Crime No.73 of 2022 has been registered by the respondent police for the offence under Section 420 of IPC.
