ORDER

(The Order of the Court was made by Huluvadi G.Ramesh,J) Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record. We have gone through the order passed by us in Contempt Petition No.1813 of 206 in W.P.No.22219 of 2013, closing the said contempt petition on 28.09.2016, with an observation that, for better clarification, the petitioner may approach the

respondent, who shall issue the Community Certificate as per his requirement, within 15 days, subsequent to which, the Tahsildar has passed order on 15.11.2016 in Na.Ka.Gi.1/11757/12, declining his request for issuing Community Certificate through on-line. It is submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent that the matter is pending consideration before the Screening Committee. In those circumstances, this Contempt Petition is premature. It is also submitted by the learned Additional Government Pleader that there is a provision of appeal against the said order dated 15.11.2016 passed by the Tahsildar, in terms of the Government Order in G.O.(Ms).No.147, Revenue (RA-3(2) ) Department, dated 17.03.2016.

Hence, it is for the petitioner either to wait for the decision to be taken by the Screening Committee or else, he can approach the appellate authority as per the said G.O., if any adverse order is passed.
