PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Madamus, directing the 1st respondent herein viz the Collector, Kancheepuram District at Kancheepuram to consider the representation of the petitioner herein dated 10.11.2018 forthwith.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to directing the 1st respondent herein viz the Collector, Kancheepuram District at Kancheepuram to consider the representation of the petitioner herein dated 10.11.2018 forthwith.

2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner's husband was settled with the property situated at Paiyavur Village in Kancheepuram District comprised in S.No.46/1 to 49/1 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

by his father on 21.11.2007. On 04.03.2013 about 3.00 pm in the evening, a Fire Accident had occurred in the factory premises, as a result of which 6 women and 3 men who were working in the said Factory at that time sustained burn injuries, on account of which, they were admitted in Government Hospital at Kancheepuram. On 04.03.2014 the complaint was given by one Anbarasu, on the basis of which FIR was registered in Crime No.185 of 2014 for the offence under Sections 285, 286, 337, 338 of IPC and Section 9(B)(i)(b) of the Explosives Act, 1884. Hence, this Writ Petition.

4.Considering the above facts and circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation dated 10.11.2018 and pass orders on merits in accordance with law after conducting the enquiry within the period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of.
