This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 639 days in filling the above Second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Five thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Service Authority, Chennai, within a period of two week from today and on such payment the delay of 639 days in filling the above S.A.SR.No.27390 of 2024 is condoned. 1\2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
