O R D E R

The civil revision is filed for speedy disposal of OS No.172 of 2023 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Salem, within a stipulated time period.

2. The petitioner is the plaintiff and the respondent is the defendant in OS No.172 of 2023 on the file of III Additional District Judge, Salem. The petitioner/plaintiff has filed the suit for recovery of money. The suit was filed in the year 2023 and the same is still pending. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed this present civil revision petition for a direction to the Trial Judge to dispose of the case within a time frame.

3. Further, pursuant to the direction of this Court, the Registry, on verification through e-filing, has reported that the total pendency of the on the file of III Additional District Judge, Salem, is 1198 cases.

4. Considering the total pendency of the cases and also considering the nature of case, the III Additional District Judge, Salem, is directed to dispose of OS No.172 of 2023 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
