Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the first respondent to suspend the Form FL.1 license granted by the first respondent to the second respondent and take such other penal actions as against the second respondent, (IN WMP No.6606 of 2022) pending disposal of the above WP.No.6519 of 2022.
