Since the Petitioner had not made Thiru K.Sai Venkata Krishna, against whom the relief has been sought, as a party to the Writ Petition, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition impleading all necessary parties before the High Court within whose territorial limits of jurisdiction the cause of action has substantially arisen, and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 2/4

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
