We do not see any reason to grant stay of the decree. The suit is filed by the appellant seeking declaration relating to Talaq was dismissed with a direction to the appellant to return the jewels that belong to the wife. The learned counsel for the wife would submit that the appellant has not even paid maintenance which has been ordered by the Family Court. Hence, we do not see any reason to stay the decree.

This petition is therefore, dismissed.
