Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned standing counsel for the respondents and with their consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on his representation dated 19.10.2015 as per the provisions of Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014, and till and final decision is taken thereon, forbearing the respondents and their subordinates in any manner evicting or disturbing the bunk shop run by the petitioner at No.16/35, 11th Avenue, Near Circle Library, Ashok Nagar, Chennai - 83.
3.The issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.P.No.18397 of 2014 etc. batch (B.Noor Ahmed V. The State of Tamil Nadu rep. by its Secretary to Government and others) dated 30.09.2015. 4.In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of on the same lines as per the decision of the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.P.No.18397 of 2014 etc. batch dated 30.09.2015.
