ORDER
The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to sanction annual yearly increment from 01.10.2016 onwards and award Selection Grade on completion of 10 years service.
2.The petitioner states that she was appointed as B.T. Assistant (Tamil). The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the annual increment due to her has not been settled. Despite the fact that the petitioner submitted a representation to the Chief Educational Officer along with all requisite documents on 25.11.2019. 3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents objected the said contention by stating that the petitioner has not produced her +2 Mark Sheet for verification. The increments and all service benefits will be extended only after verifying the requisite educational qualifications and Certificate. In the present case, the petitioner was asked to produce +2 Mark Sheet, which has not been received by the respondents and therefore, the benefits are yet to be considered. 2/4
4.On the one hand the petitioner states that she had submitted representation along with the documents. But the respondents states that they want mark sheet of the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner is directed once again to submit all the requisite documents relating to her educational qualification including the SSLC and +2 Marks sheets enabling the authorities to scrutinize the same and find out the genuinity of those certificates and accordingly, sanction all the eligible dues to the writ petitioner including the annual increment and award of selection grade etc. The petitioner is directed to submit all her certificates, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the respondents shall ascertain the genuinity of those certificates and accordingly, pass appropriate orders, as expeditiously as possible.
5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 28.11.2022 Index : Yes Internet : Yes Speaking order : Yes ssr 3/4
