Since the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition does not disclose any statutory provision conferring power on the Sixth Respondent to enquire into the representation made by the Petitioner dated 28.08.2021 regarding his service rights, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks 2/5

permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to work out his remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarifications. No costs.
