3. Despite service of notice on the respondents 3 and 4 and their name also printed in the cause list, none appeared on behalf of them. Hence the respondents 3 & 4 are hereby set ex-parte.

4. The plaintiff is directed to file the amended copy of the plaint before the Registry well in advance.

5. List the matter on 14.06.2024.
