ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J.) Habeas corpus petition is filed challenging the order of detention passed by the second respondent against the detenu - Pradeep @ Pradeep Raj in Memo No.1070/BDFGISSV/2014, dated 26.08.2014.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the impugned order of detention has been revoked by the Government in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
G.O.Rt.No.5234, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 20.10.2014. Copy of the said Government Order, submitted to this Court, shall form part of the record.
