This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to file a final report in Crime No.59 of 2013 pending on the file of Inspector of Police, Perumpalai Police Station, Dharmapuri District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that investigation has been completed in Crime No.59 of 2013 and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram on 10.07.2015.
