(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The issue relates to unauthorised construction in Ooty, a subject matter, of which we are already in seizin, in different petitions. We are not inclined to tag this petition with those petitions by creating multifarious proceedings especially when the case of the petitioner is that he noticed the unauthorised construction when he was on a holiday in Ooty, while he is a resident of Thanjavur.
