petitioner has filed Civil Suits in O.S.No.8 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Ambur, Vellore District for the very same relief sought for in the Writ Petition and C.S.No.373 of 2017 on the file of this Court is also pending. The learned counsel also produced a copy of the plaint in O.S.No.8 of 2017. 2.Thereafter, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
