This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.no.3690 of 2024 dated 21.02.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e. Saturday at 10.30 a.m. For a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and required for interrogation.
