ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to survey the petitioner's lands comprised in S.Nos.169/2, Thikanarai Village, Thalavadi Taluk, Erode District based on his representation dated 20.01.2021.

2.Ms.A.B.Reehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for the respondents and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 25.05.2021 at 11.00 a.m at the office of the Tahsildar, the first respondent. 3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the first respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.01.2021 through a speaking order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (after the conclusion of the General Elections of the State Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 25.05.2021.
