..Respondents/Defendants Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order of interim injunction restraining the respondents/defendants, their men, agents or servants or anyone either claiming under or through them in any way and in any manner alienating or encumbering the suit schedule property either by entering into sale agreements, long lease or otherwise, pending disposal of the above suit. This Original Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing, the court made the following order:- This application is pending from the year 2015 and no order of injunction has been passed in this application.
