ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J) The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that in the light of the subsequent development, nothing remains for further adjudication in this petition and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and has also made an endorsement in the petition to that effect. The Court heard the submissions of Mr.C.Iyyappa Raj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor accepting notice on behalf of the respondent.

In the light of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
