This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 11 days in filing the above Appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant filed a Memo dated 31.03.2025 as follows:
"2. It is submitted that the appellant had preferred the above appeal against the said judgment and decree nd and 3 rd defendants dated 18.07.2024 and since the 2 who are the ex-employee and Chief Financial Officer of st defendant were made parties in the the appellant/ 1 suit and they have been arrayed as respondents 3 and
4 in the above appeal.

It is submitted that the appellant respectfully submits before this Hon'ble Court that since the respondents 3 & 4 are their ex-employee and Chief Financial Officer and more over the suit has been dismissed as against them, the appellant is not pressing the above appeal as against respondents 3 & 4 herein."
