O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the first respondent police to take action against the second respondent police based on the complaint preferred by the petitioner on 20.06.2015.

2. Heard Mr.D.Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, it appears that petitioner's elder brother's son eloped with one Thulasamma in connection with which the family of Thulasamma have filed H.C.P.No.1402 of 2015, which is pending on the file of this Court. Under such circumstances, the police has called this petitioner for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

enquiry in order to find out the whereabouts of the detenue. Objecting to the same, the petitioner has lodged the present complaint.

4.Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondents not harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and at the same time, the petitioner is directed to cooperate with the police for tracing out the detenue.

5.With the above observation, the criminal original petition is closed.
