ORDER
This petition has been filed to call for the FIR in Cr.No.128 of 2011 on the file of Inspector of Police, Jayankondam Police Station, Ariyalur District, pending investigation and quash the same.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.
3. On the complaint lodged by one Thangadurai, the respondent police have registered a case in Cr.No.128 of 2011 on 02.04.2011 u/s 294(b) IPC against the petitioners herein, challenging which they are before this Court.
4. On a reading of the complaint, it is seen that the de facto complainant has alleged that the petitioners were throwing garbage into his property and when he questioned the petitioners, they abused him. The dispute appears to be too trivial for the police to proceed further with the investigation.

In the result, this petition is allowed and the FIR in Cr.No.128 of 2011 on the file of Inspector of Police, Jayankondam Police Station, Ariyalur District, is quashed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
