By placing on record a G.O.(3D) No.5 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department dated 12.02.2016, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the direction passed by this Court in W.P.No.21905 of 2014 dated 14.08.2014 has been duly complied with.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would also affirm the said factum made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3.Therefore, this Court finds nothing to be adjudicated in this petition. Accordingly, this contempt petition stands closed.
