The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the first respondent to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner on 25.01.2018.

2. Perusal of the said representation submitted by the petitioner would reveal that the first respondent-Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board has illegally allotted Plot No.155 at Lakshmipuram Colony.

3. The learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent-Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board drew the attention of this Court with reference to the information provided by the Public

Information Officer to the petitioner in letter dated 21.07.2016.

4. Even as per the said letter, no allotment was made in favour of any person in respect of Plot No.155 at Lakshmipuram Colony.

5. That being the factum, the question of disposing the representation of the petitioner does not arise at all.
