ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in crime No.5 of 2020 dated 08.03.2020 registered for the offences under Sections 403, 477 and 498(A) of IPC.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent / police submitted that after completing investigation in crime No.5 of 2020 dated 08.03.2020, final report was filed on 27.02.2021 and the same has been taken on file by the learned Additional Mahila Judge, Coimbatore. 3.

Therefore, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file petition to quash the final report in the manner known to law, if so advised.
