O R D E R
Alleging that the order passed by this Court dated 26.03.2015 in O.P.No.547 of 2013 has not been complied with, the present contempt petition is filed.
2. When the matter is taken up, the learned counsel https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ appearing for the respondent has produced a copy of the order dated 03.08.2015, which is as under:
"iv. Your grievance that the credit institutions have not followed the procedure laid down by the Reserve Bank for listing the person as 'wilful defaulter' also does not pertain to the business of the credit information companies and hence is outside the purview of section 18 of CICRA. In any case, the Credit Information Companies have not listed you as a 'wilful defaulter' as clear from the Credit Information Report attached to your letter."
3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition and the same is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy, if he is so aggrieved against the order dated 03.08.2015.
