The relief sought for in the present writ petition is directing the respondents 1 to 4 to pass order for payment of salary to the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant in the 5th respondent school from the date of appointment on 28.02.2011 with all consequential and other attendant benefits along with interest for the belated payment, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 28.03.2017, within a time frame.

The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the grievances of the petitioner has already been redressed. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in respect of the present writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
