ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 4(1)(A) and 4(1)(a) of TN Prohibition Act in Crime No.109 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The petitioner herein, who had in his possession 10 liters of ID Arrack and 24 bottles of Brandy each containing 180 ml, had fled from the scene when the respondent Police made a search of A1 in this case. Since A1 was arrested and released on bail this petitioner who absconded from the scene seeks anticipatory.

3. However, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submits that this petitioner is having 9 previous cases of similar nature and if released on anticipatory bail, he will again commit the offence. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the present and the past conduct of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail.
