By placing on record a G.O.(3D) No.5 Environment and Forests (FR-2) Department dated 12.02.2016, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the direction passed by this Court in W.P.No.22547 of 2014 dated 21.08.2014 has been duly complied with.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would also affirm the said factum made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents 1 to 3.
