CRIME NO.100 OF 2018 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in respect of the condition in Para No.4 that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e, first day of every month at 10.30 a.m., orders imposed in the order dated 14.06.2018 made in Crl.M.P No.7806/2018 in CRL.O.P No.11709/2018.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.GURUPRASAD, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court and the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditional order dated 14.06.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.7806 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.No.11079 of 2018, the condition imposed on the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., first day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders, stands relaxed.

4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
