This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Nannilam on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.15836 of 2022 by order dated 19.10.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nannilam on 05.04.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned trial Judge.
