This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioners.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) would submit that the petitioner is the uncle of one Vijay and Narendrakumar and both are accused in Crime No.77 of 2022 and Crime No.159 of 2022. He would further submit that in order to enquire about the whereabouts of petitioner's nephew, the respondent has summoned him. Other than that the respondent is not harassing the petitioner.
3.It is made clear, since the petitioner is not an accused in this case, the respondent shall not unnecessarily harass him under the guise of enquiry.
