ORDER
Seeking a direction to the respondent Police to seize the fabricated documents dated 05.12.2008 as referred in Crime No.16 of 2014 on the file of the respondent and file the final report within a stipulated time, the petitioner has come up with this petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.
3.Today, the respondent Police have filed status report, wherein, they have stated that steps are being taken for seizing impugned document for the purpose of sending it to the TNFSL for expert opinion.
4.Under such circumstances, this Court directs the respondent Police to conduct investigation expeditiously in Crime No.16 of 2014
and take action in accordance with law.
5.This Criminal Original Petition is closed with the above direction.
13.07.2015 Crlop.NO.15723 of 2015: This Case having been posted on Thursday, the Twenty Third Day of 2015 under the Caption "For Being Mentioned"pursuant to the order of this Court dated 13/7/2015 and made herein and in the presence of the aforesaid Advoctes, the Court made the following Order:

2. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, a further direction should be given to Police to take effective steps to recover the agreement dated 05.12.2008 and a receipt dated 07.12.2008 from the accused.
3. Accepting the submission, this Court directs the respondent Police to take all possible steps to recover the aforesaid two documents including, obtaining search warrant for that purpose, since those documents are essential to establish a criminal charge against the accused.
