A.Nos.1281 to 1283 of 2022 in O.P.No.360 of 2019 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., These petitions are filed by the legal representatives of the deceased respondent praying (i) to condone the delay of 927 days in filing the application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Dr.Samraj Samuel in the above O.P. (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased Dr.Samraj Samuel (iii) to permit the petitioner to bring on record Mr.Hudson Samuel, Mr.Paul Samuel and Mr.John Samuel, the legal representative of the deceased Dr.Samraj Samuel as 8th to 10th respondents in the above OP, respectively. 2.Heard Mr.M.Muthappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. The fact that the death of Dr.Samraj Samuel came to the knowledge of the petitioner only after the service of first notice, where it has stated that the Dr.Samraj Samuel, has passed away. KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., dn 3.As far as A.Nos.1282 & 1283 of 2022 are concerned, notice has been served but none appeared for the proposed respondents 8, 9 and 10. 4.Therefore, considering the averments made in the affidavits filed in support of the respective applications and after hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these applications are allowed.
