This Court by order dated 07.09.2020, had directed the plaintiff to file a memo as to whether they are ready to accept the alternate property as security in lieu of the security directed to be furnished in A.No.4405 of 2016, by order dated 17.10.2016.

2. Today, a memo has been filed by the first respondent/plaintiff stating that they are willing to accept the substitution. Accordingly, the following modification to the order in A.No.4405 of 2016, dated 17.10.2016, is made, only with reference to the property which stands attached. The following property is substituted in the place of the earlier schedule of property attached by order in A.No.4405 of 2016.

All that piece and parcel of vacant landed property situated at Kundrathur Village, Om Prakash Nagar, Sriperumbadur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, Comprised in Survey No.604, bearing Old Patta No.207, Plot bearing No. 11, measuring an extent of 3431 sq ft and Plot No.12, measuring an extent of 3494.5 sq.ft totally measuring an extent of 6925.5 sq.ft only land being 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
