O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction, directing the respondent to provide police protection and to grant permission to conduct general body meeting of Sri Viswabramana Chatra Nirvaga Sangam on 03.03.2019 at No.3, Thiruvadathanur Street, Thivannamalai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 15.02.2019 to give police protection for the general body meeting of Sri Viswabramana Chitra Nirvaga Sangam scheduled to be held on 03.03.2019 at No.3, Thiruvadathanur Street, Thivannamalai. The same was orally rejected by the respondent on 27.02.2019. Against which, the petitioner is before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, without going into the merits of this case this Court directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.02.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law forthwith.

With this direction, this Writ Petition is dispose of. No costs.
