a) directing the defendants 1 to 26 to execute the sale deed in respect of the suit schedule land in favour of the plaintiffs herein on receipt of the balance sale consideration failing which direct the office of High Court, Madras to execute the sale deed in favour of the plaintiffs.

J U D G M E N T
When this Civil Suit is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submitted that he has no instructions from the plaintiff and hence, he prays to dismiss the suit and also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Civil Suit stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
