J U D G M E N T

When this Civil Suit is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff submitted that he has no instructions from the plaintiff and hence, he prays to dismiss the suit and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Civil Suit stands dismissed for nonprosecution. No costs.
